Do you guarantee 24-hour photo delivery?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all real estate photos are delivered within 24 hours in most cases. Same-day rush delivery may be available depending on scheduling and can be requested when you book.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept online payment by credit or debit card through our booking system, and may also support digital wallets where available. Payment is required before final delivery of your media.

Question 4

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my real estate photo shoot?

Accepted Answer

You can reschedule your appointment up to a set number of hours before your shoot time. Rain, thunderstorms or unsafe weather conditions can be rescheduled without additional fees. Cancellations can receive a refund or account credit according to our current policy.

What happens if the property isn’t ready when you arrive?

We recommend that agents or homeowners do a walkthrough before the photographer arrives to ensure the property is photo-ready. If the home is not prepared and extra time or a return visit is required, a reshoot or return-trip fee may apply.

Snapshot Listings serves Lee and Collier County, including Naples, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Estero, Lehigh Acres, Ave Maria, Marco Island and surrounding Southwest Florida communities. Travel fees may apply outside our standard service area.

What if I have special editing requests?

You can include custom editing notes when you place your order. Advanced or highly detailed retouching, such as object removal or virtual changes, may require an additional fee.

Do you offer editing-only services for photos I took myself?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Snapshot Listings offers professional editing for DIY real estate photos. You can upload your own images and we will apply color correction, exposure adjustments, sky replacement, window pulls and other enhancements as needed.

Question 9

How do I send my DIY photos for editing?

Accepted Answer

You can send your photos through our dedicated upload page, where you can attach multiple listing images and share property details and notes. Accepted file types include common photo formats used for real estate.

Question 10

What if I need something corrected in the photos?

Accepted Answer

If you need adjustments after delivery, you can request basic corrections such as exposure or color tweaks. More extensive changes or new requests may require an additional editing fee.

Will the photographer stage or move items?

Accepted Answer

For safety reasons, we do not move furniture or personal belongings. Please make sure the home is fully photo-ready before your appointment, including beds made, surfaces cleared and personal items put away.
